How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with the full features of that plan, including its monthly credits. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. We ask for a card when you start the trial so your plan carries on without interruption. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your subscription starts automatically on the plan you picked. If you cancelled, your account drops to free limits (one brand, one user, no connected channels, no credits) and your drafts stay safe until you choose a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect straight away and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades are prorated too, as long as you're within the smaller plan's limits.
What are credits and what happens if I run out?
Credits pay for AI work such as captions and images. Scheduling, publishing and manual editing never use credits. If you run out, AI features pause until your next refresh or upgrade, and scheduled posts still publish on time.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Yearly billing gives you twelve months for the price of ten. On the Team plan that's $158 a year back in your pocket.
What counts as a channel?
A channel is one connected profile, page or account, such as an Instagram business account or a LinkedIn Company Page. Connecting the same network for two different brands counts as two channels.
Are users, channels and credits per brand?
No. Brands are unlimited, and your users, channels and credits are pooled across the whole account, so you can spread them across brands however you like.
Are prices inclusive of VAT or sales tax?
Prices are shown in USD and exclude tax. Where VAT or sales tax applies it's calculated at checkout based on your billing address and shown on your invoice.
