Terms of Service
The rules for using PostRocket: your account, your subscription, your content and what we each promise.
Last updated 4 November 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and PostRocket ("we", "us") for use of the PostRocket website, web app, API and MCP server (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
2. Your account
You must give accurate sign-up details, keep your password safe and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members you invite.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use the Service.
3. Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and is charged automatically.
Subscriptions renew each month or year until cancelled. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. AI credits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing period, do not roll over and have no cash value. We may change the credit cost of an action with reasonable notice.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create with the Service, including AI-generated output, to the extent the law allows. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and publish that content only as needed to run the Service for you.
You are responsible for your content and for reviewing AI output before it is published. AI output can be inaccurate, and similar output may be generated for other users.
6. Connected networks
When you connect a social network or other third-party service, you authorise us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those services stays subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for changes they make or content they remove.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to send spam, mislead people, infringe others' rights, publish unlawful or harmful content, attempt to break or overload the Service, or resell it without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce what your plan includes.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and PostRocket's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.
10. Ending the agreement
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may end or suspend your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. After closure you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
