Questions

Something else? Ask us

What is a campaign in PostRocket?
A campaign is a set of posts or articles built around one goal and audience, spread over the dates you choose. PostRocket plans and drafts it; you review it before anything is scheduled.
How many credits does a campaign use?
Posts without images cost 1 credit each. With images, captions are free and each image costs 2 credits. The configurator shows the total before you start, and scheduling is always free.
Can I change posts after the campaign is generated?
Yes. At the approval checkpoint you can edit, regenerate or skip any post. Approved posts stay editable on the calendar until they publish.
Which networks can a campaign post to?
Any connected profile on a supported network. You choose the profiles when configuring the campaign, and each gets a caption sized to its limits.
Can I run email campaigns?
Yes. Pick Email campaign and PostRocket drafts the announcement, reminder and last-call emails alongside your social posts, on the same calendar.
Will campaign posts clash with posts I've already scheduled?
Campaign posts are placed into open slots around what's already on your calendar, and you can drag any of them to a new time.
