Know exactly what's going out, where and when

Every scheduled post sits in one table with its time, destination networks and live status. Anything that fails tells you why in plain language, so you fix it once and it retries on its own.
  • Posted, Scheduled, Pending approval and Error at a glance
  • Clear fixes for rejected media or missing details
  • Filter by brand, network, label or teammate

Best times

Post when your audience is actually scrolling

PostRocket reads when your followers engage and turns it into posting slots for each brand. Add a post to the queue and it lands in the next good slot, with a little natural variation if you want it.
  • Heatmap built from your own accounts
  • Reusable weekly posting slots
  • Optional ‘Publish like a human’ timing

Approvals without the email chains

Route posts from writer to manager to client, with comments in context and a clear record of who said yes.

  1. Writer

    Draft and submit

Anyone on the team writes or generates a post and sends it for review instead of scheduling it.

  2. Manager

    Review in one queue

Approvers see every pending post in one list, leave a comment, or approve with one click.

  3. Client

    Final sign-off

Invite clients with a Client role. They approve or request changes and never see billing or settings.

Catch problems before take-off

Every post gets a quick score before it's scheduled: length limits, hooks, calls to action, alt text and more. Tailor captions per network and translate them without leaving the composer.
  • Per-network caption versions with live character counts
  • One-click fixes powered by AI
  • Translate a post into another language for a new audience

Questions

Something else? Ask us

Which networks can I schedule to?
Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, Reddit and Telegram. The integrations page shows what's live and what's coming next.
Does scheduling use AI credits?
No. Scheduling, publishing, rescheduling and approvals are free. Credits are only used when you ask the AI to write, fix, translate or design something.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
It's marked as Error with a plain-language reason, such as a video that's too long or an expired connection. Fix the issue and the post retries, or reschedule it to a new slot.
Can clients approve posts without seeing everything else?
Yes. The Client role can review, comment on and approve posts for the brands they're invited to, without access to billing, settings or other brands.
What does ‘Publish like a human’ do?
It shifts each post a few minutes away from the exact slot so your feed doesn't look automated. Turn it off whenever a post needs to go out on the dot.
Do scheduled posts still go out if I run out of credits?
Yes. Running out of credits only pauses AI features. Anything already scheduled publishes as planned.
